Madison Nagle Frizzi is Director of Public Affairs with Callahan Public Affairs, where she works across all facets of legislative, ballot measure and issue campaigns.
Madison develops political and public affairs strategies to achieve her clients’ policy goals. At the firm she manages outreach and engagement efforts, develops messaging and produces communications for various types of campaigns, and assists in directing digital advocacy efforts for a variety of diverse clients.
Madison has worked on high-profile and high-stakes issues and campaigns that require tight coordination and message discipline across internal client teams and coalitions. She has a keen ability to think outside the box when obstacles arise to find solutions that allow her to continue to move her clients’ objectives forward.
Before coming to CPA, Madison was most recently a Policy Advocate at an education non-profit, where she focused on policy analysis and public affairs. Prior to that, she was a Senior Account Executive at Bicker, Castillo & Fairbanks, managing statewide ballot measure and legislative campaigns.
Madison graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Politics and a secondary major in Ethics, History and Public Policy.
